Tess' skills on the Bodhran are widely recognised.  She has won regional competitions and has played with many top performers.  She currently plays a top flight Christan Hedwitschak Bodhran with his patented Dragon skin.

Not so many people know that she is also a fine wooden flute player and the twin wooden flutes in Rocas (with Sarah Mooney) add a great driving sound to the mix.
